From brush feeding
to finished packaging.
A feeding rack delivers brushes into the rotary fixtures. Each indexed movement carries the brush through film wrapping, heat sealing and cutting, bag-top flattening and heat shrinking, before discharge onto the conveyor.
Film wrapping
The brush rotates into the POF roll film.
Seal & cut
Heat sealing and cutting form the package.
Bag-top flattening
The top of the film bag is automatically flattened.
Heat shrinking
Two successive shrinking stations finish the film.
Conveyor discharge
The packaged brush exits onto the discharge conveyor.

Film performance and suitability must be confirmed with your samples. The illustrated shrinking sequence uses POF film.

Which brushes can the machine package?
The documented size range is 1–5 inches. Send photos, dimensions and physical samples so we can confirm suitability for your brush shape and handle.
Does it use pre-made bags?
The machine uses roll film rather than pre-made bags. POF, OPP and PE options are listed in the product documentation; the final choice should be confirmed by sample testing.
Can the machine connect to other equipment?
The supplied layouts show possible conveyor connections. Share your production-line layout, upstream equipment and available space so we can discuss the interface.
What maintenance is required?
The cutter and shrink tunnel require routine attention. Silicone strips and heat-resistant cloth are listed as wearing parts. We explain maintenance and replacement during technical handover.
How do we check the machine before shipment?
We test using your samples and arrange remote video acceptance after commissioning, including operational and maintenance guidance for your technicians.
